Coles and BI-LO brands of hair dryer(3 heat, 2 speed) sold in Coles, Bi Lo and Pick 'n' Pay stores since January 2006. Products were withdrawn from sale on or around 10 October 2008.
Reasons the product is recalled
Faulty cord guard protection and faulty plastic casing which may cause a risk of electric shock through exposed live parts.
The hazards to consumers
Electric shock.
What consumers should do
Return the product to any Coles, BI-LO and Pick 'n' Pay store for a full refund.
