Recovery Radiator Cap

There may be an issue with the thread on the cap. As a result, the cap may come away from the cooling system tank during normal operating conditions.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs whilst the bonnet is open, there is a risk of a scalding injury to bystanders.
