Solahart Black Chrome XII (BCXII) and Alice Springs XII (ASXII) Solar Hot Water Systems. These systems were first available for sale in 1997.
Reasons the product is recalled
A potential defect exists with the Jacket Fluid Level Monitor, an electrical component that is fitted to these two models of hot water systems. This defect could result in a short circuit. Should there not be any short circuit protection, then the system may become live.

Electric Shock.
