Affected PowerRouters may experience a failure of an electronic component and this can result in an internal smouldering in the unit.

If the defect occurs, the product poses a potential fire hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers who have an affected PowerRouter should immediately turn off the unit following the instructions on the front of the unit. Setec suggests that you contact the person who installed the PowerRouter if you require assistance with this.
