These units may have been manufactured without a secondary path to earth from any "live" cup.

Electric shock.
What consumers should do
These units should be inspected by one of Robands Service Agents to confirm the presence of an earth lead from the micro-switch bracket to the inside of the motor housing. If no such earth strap is found one should be fitted immediately..
