The Jackramps were sold from November 1997 till June 1999.
Reasons the product is recalled
Does not meet requirements of Mandatory Standard AS/NZS 2640:1994 as the jackramp does not meet the structural integrity tests set out in the Standard therefore posing a significant safety risk to users.
What consumers should do
Customers are asked to immediately cease using the ramp and return it to the Roccas Store from which it was purchased to receive a full refund. For further information contact Head Office on (08) 9249 9777.
