For Nikon Digital SLR cameras. Sold between August 2004 and October 2005. These batteries were an included accessory for Nikon D100, D70 and D50 Digital SLR cameras or sold as individual batteries. All lot numbers beginning with 44A, 46A, 47A, 48A, 49A, 4AA, 4BA, 4CA, 51A, 53A, 54A.

The battery may overheat causing the battery to become deformed or possibly in the worst cases to catch fire.
