Discontinue use of these teethers. Place the teether in its current condition into a sealed plastic storage bag, place in an envelope, and return to: Learning Curve Australia, 77 Ricketts Road Mt Waverley VIC 3149. Consumers are advised to include their mailing address in the envelope to recieve a replacement teether and free gift.
