Batteries sold with Dell Inspiron 5000e and Dell Inspiron 5000 Notebooks. The text "DELL" and "Made in Japan" or 'Cell made in Japan" also appears on a small blue label at the rear of the batteries.
Reasons the product is recalled
The batteries can overchage, potentially causing them to overheat, release smoke and possibly catch fire.
What consumers should do
