Reasons the product is recalled
The drink bottle nibs (adjustable part of the mouthpiece)can become dislodged through normal use. This presents a choking hazard to children 3 years of age and under.

Choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately cease using the plastic water bottle. It is suggested that the product is placed in a bag, marked defective and returned to the store of purchase. Consumers will be issued with a full refund upon return of the product.
