There may be exposed conductors protruding from the moulded plug.

If the defect occurs, there is potential for electric shock.
What consumers should do
If product has been installed using the moulded plug, the product is to be removed from the power supply. The moulded plug will be inspected for a protruding conductor. If a defect is found, do not use the product and contact Fuzion Lighting to arrange for the product to be returned for a replacement or refund.
