Product description
The bath support main body is blue in colour, has green suction cups and a blue, yellow and green set of rollers on the upper front frame. The warning label is affixed to the rear of the seat. Product sold through Target, Big W, Toys R Us and independent retail stores between January 2006 and December 2006

The warning label may, in use, absorb water, soften and fall apart.

Stop using the bath support immediately and check to ensure the label on the product is permanent and not damaged in any way. Any bath support that has signs of damage including tearing, fading or curling should be returned to the original place of purchase for a refund.
