The product does not comply with mandatory standard (AS/NZS ISO 8124.1, as amended by the regulation for projectile toys), as it does not have a ring on the perimeter of the rotor to reduce the risk of injury.
The hazards to consumers
The rotors on the toy helicopter could cause a serious eye injury.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the toy and return it to any Sam's Warehouse, Crazy Clark's, Go-Lo or Chickenfeed outlet for a full refund.
