Product description
Model EF exhaust fan and FL fan light combination imported into Australia in 2002. Can be identified by the word Turbomaster in the middle of the cover. When the diffuser cover is removed if there are 4 mounting screws on exhaust fan and 6 screws on fan.
Reasons the product is recalled
Due to a manufacturing fault a batch of Turbomaster brand exhaust fans and fan lights have been identified as a fire hazard.

Fire.
