Reasons the product is recalled
The USB charger is compliance-certified to some extent but Shopping Square has determined there are some charger units of slightly altered design with removable plugs that are not fully certified. The uncertified chargers were supplied by the distributor due to a mistake during shipment.
The hazards to consumers
There are some charger units of slightly altered design with a removable plug. These units are not compliance certified and the electrical safety of the items cannot therefore be guaranteed.
