The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is reviewing the mandatory standard for hot water bottles. The attached consultation paper sets out a proposal to update this regulation.
Stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback by completing the online questionnaire at the ACCC Consultation Hub by close of business Monday 3 February 2014.
The online questionnaire is the preferred way to provide feedback. Submissions may also be sent by mail or email.
